| Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2019, inter alia :<BR><BR>1. To consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2019 and<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2018-19.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the above said purpose for all the Directors/ Designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2019 up to 48 hours from the conclusion of<BR>the meeting.<BR><BR>Accordingly all the Directors / Designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of Trading Window. | |
