AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on February 10, 2014 for considering and approving Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013, Further the Company has informed that Trading Window shall remain closed, for all Specified Persons, from January 27, 2014 to February 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) in terms of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
