AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, has considered the following;<BR><BR>1. The Board accepted the resignation of Ms. Rebekah Martin as Director of the Company, effective November 06, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board appointed Ms. Claire-Marie O' Grady as Director of the Company in the vacancy caused by the resignation of Ms. Rebekah Martin with immediate effect.
