AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company Limited will be held on February 06, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the 'Trading Window shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, from December 16, 2015 to February 08, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
