Atlanta Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, please note that the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Companys equity shares for Directors / Employees including Designated Employees from October 29, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16.
