| ATN International Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the resignation of Mrs. Manisha Lath from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer with effect from November 15, 2015 and Mrs. Krishna Banerjee, Director of the Company shall act as Compliance Officer with effect from November 15, 2015 till the appointment of new Company Secretary. | |
