Atul Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on January 19, 2015, for considering and approving of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014, further, the Trading Window shall remain closed, for all Employees / Directors of the Company, from January 16, 2015 to January 20, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of Code of Conduct of Atul Auto Limited for prevention of insider trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
