Mohan Rami Reddy, the present Vice President (Legal) and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company is retiring from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on May 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on May 30, 2016 has appointed Mr. B. Adi Reddy as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from June 01, 2016.
