Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 and will also consider the proposal of payment of Dividend, if any, for the year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive), in view of consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 by the Board at the Meeting to be held on May 30, 2016. During this period the Promoters I Directors / Officers / Employees / Connected Persons of the Company are not permitted to purchase, sale or other dealings in the shares of the Company.
