Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further at the said Board meeting the Board will also consider payment of Dividend, if any, for the year 2014-15.<BR><BR>The "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive), in view of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 at the Board Meeting to be held on May 28, 2015. During this period any purchase , sale or other dealings in the shares of the Company is prohibited to all the Directors / Officers/ Employees of the Company.
