| With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 03, 2014 in respect of Autoline Industrial Parks Limited, (a subsidiary of Autoline Industries Limited) wherein it was informed that Autoline Industrial Parks Limited, has acquired further land and taken necessary steps to obtain the Locational Clearance for the land (104 Acres under Special Township Project) located at Mahalunge, Chakan Tal: Khed, Dist: Pune as per requirements of Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.<br/><br/>In this connection, Autoline Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that Autoline Industrial Parks Limited, has received Locational Clearance from Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai vide its Notification dated September 10, 2014, received by Autoline Industrial Parks Limited on September 12, 2014 for the aforesaid land. | |
