Autolite (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2015, to consider conversion, into equity shares out, of warrants which were allotted to promoters and their associates on October 16, 2013 and the issue of which was approved by the shareholders at 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 14, 2013.
