Avance Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from October 27, 2015 to November 07, 2015 (Both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on October 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
