Avanti Feeds Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from July 28, 2015 to August 09, 2015 (both days Inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992.
