Avanti Feeds Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2017, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. Recommended a Dividend of Rs.9/- per Equity Share of Rs 2/- each fully paid, for the financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>2. Decided that on approval of the declaration of dividend by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 12, 2017, the Dividend Warrants will be dispatched to the Members on or before August 31, 2017.
