AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,83,765 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 27, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,99,20,746 (235,99,60,373 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 472,02,88,276 (236,01,44,138 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
