AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,60,595 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 08, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,48,02,370 (237,74,01,185 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,51,23,560 (237,75,61,780 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
