This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank (Nomination and Remuneration Committee) at its meeting held today approved the grant of up to 85,00,000 stock options convertible into 85,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank at a price of Rs. 503/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each.
