AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 7,81,950 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on April 21, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,78,89,826 (238,39,44,913 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,94,53,726 (238,47,26,863 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
