AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,59,080 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 17, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,25,46,946 (237,62,73,473 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,30,65,106 (237,65,32,553 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
