AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 5,91,208 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on March 09, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 473,46,95,190 (236,73,47,595 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 473,58,77,606 (236,79,38,803 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
