AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,07,880 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 19, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,62,96,444 (235,81,48,222 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,65,12,204 (235,82,56,102 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
