AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 90,170 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 10, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,23,66,606 (237,61,83,303 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,25,46,946 (237,62,73,473 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
