AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 31,855 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on June 22, 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,98,34,914 (237,49,17,457 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,98,98,624 (237,49,49,312 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
