AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,21,040 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on May 18, 2015. pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,74,83,82,836 (2,37,41,91,418 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,88,24,916 (237,44,12,458 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
