| B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2015 to September 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 23, 2015.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended by the Companies(Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015, the Company is providing to the Members holding shares in demat/physical form as on September 16, 2015 (being the cut-off date) the facility to cast their votes by electronic means for all the resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice from remote location (Remote e-voting) and the Company has availed the e-voting services as provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).<BR><BR>The e-voting period commences on September 19, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and ends on September 22, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. Once the vote on a resolution is cast by the Member, the Member shall not be allowed to change it subsequently.<BR> | |
