Films and Media Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window1 for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company by insiders, shall remain closed from August 04, 2014 till the completion of two (2) days after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 to the Stock Exchange.<br/>
