Bajaj Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, has approved the re-appointment of Shri Shekhar Bajaj as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 (five) years with effect from November 01, 2014, subject to the approval of shareholders by way of postal ballot.
