Bajaj Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company at its 33rd meeting held on May 30, 2016 allotted 1,01,100 equity shares of Rs.2 each, fully paid-up, in the Company to 25 Employee Stock Option Grantees on their exercise of options granted under ESOP.<BR><BR>Post this allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up capital of the Company now comprise of 10,10,50,076 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid up amounting to Rs.20,21,00,152/-.
