Bajaj Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on February 15, 2017 i.e. today allotted 1,918,040 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Shri Pankaj Thadani, Shri Deepak Reddy and Shri M. M. Muralidharan, Trustees of BFL Employee Welfare Trust under the BFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 at the respective grant prices.<BR><BR>The meeting commenced at 3.15 p.m. and concluded at 3.30 p.m.
