Bajaj Finserv Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 11, 2015 to July 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 22, 2015.<BR><BR>Payment of dividend when declared at the Eighth Annual General Meeting being convened on July 22, 2015 will be credited / dispatched on July 27, 2015 and / or July 28, 2015.
