Bajaj Finserv Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.75 per share (35%) subject to approval of shareholders.<br/><br/>Further, dividend on equity shares, if declared at the annual general meeting, will be credited / dispatched around July 21 / 22, 2014.
