Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 32.50 per share (325%) subject to approval of shareholders.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, dividend on equity shares, if declared at the annual general meeting scheduled on July 23 2015, will be credited / dispatched around 27 / 28 July 2015.
