| Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on <br/>May 15, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results and statements of accounts for the year ended March 31, 2014 and dividend on equity shares for the said year.<br/><br/>The Company intends to publish its audited financial results for the year 2013-14, immediately after the board meeting on May 16, 2014, i.e. within a period of sixty days from the end of the last quarter of the said financial year and the Company will not separately announce the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from April 01, 2014 to May 16, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company, who have already been informed of the same. | |
