Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the Securities/Shares of the Company will be closed from July 07, 2014 upto the Date of Publication of Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Both days are inclusive).<br/><br/>Accordingly, the Company has intimated all the Designated Employees and Key Managerial Personnels (including Directors), not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
