Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed<br/>pursuant to the dealing/trading SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for in the Securities/Shares of the Company will be closed from March 31, 2014 upto the Date of Publication of Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2014 (Both days are inclusive) for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company.<br/><br/>Accordingly, the Company has intimated all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
