Bal Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the scheduling of the Board meeting on February 10, 2016, inter alia to approve the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 and as per the provisions of 'Bal Pharma Ltd Code of Internal procedure and Conduct', the trading window of the Company will remain closed on the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from February 01, 2016 till the closure of trading hours on February 11, 2016.
