Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider, take on record and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window of the Company will be closed for trading in the Company's equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees from August 06, 2014 to August 12, 2014 (both days inclusive).
