| This is further to our letter dated November 1, 2017 intimating the date of Board Meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2017.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on today have:<BR> <BR> 1. approved the unaudited financial results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the approved unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report of the auditors and a copy of the Quarterly Performance Report issued in this regards is also attached. (Annexure 1)<BR> <BR> We are arranging to publish the said results in the newspapers as per under Regulation 47 of Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> 2. appointment of Mr. Nachiket Pantvaidya as Group Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from November 10, 2017. A press Release on the same is attached <BR> (Annexure 2)<BR> <BR> 3. approved the proposal for establishment of BTL Employee Stock Option Plan-2017 subject to the approval of members as required under SEBI (Share based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and section 62 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR> <BR> <BR> The above information will also be made available on the Company's website, www.balajitelefilms.com <BR> <BR> The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 7.45 p.m.<BR> <BR> <BR> You are requested to take the aforementioned information on your record.<BR> | |
