| BALAJI TELEFILMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In furtherance of our letter dated February 02, 2024 with respect to intimation of the date of the Board Meeting and pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Balaji Telefilms Limited ('the Company'), at their meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, February 09, 2024, shall, inter-alia consider and finalize the following items: a) proposal for raising of funds, by way of issue of specified securities in one or more tranches through Preferential Issue, Private Placement, Rights Issue or such other permissible method as may be decided by the Board, or any combination thereof, and to approve ancillary actions for the above-mentioned fund raising, subject to such statutory/regulatory approvals as may be necessary, including the approval of the Shareholders of the Company; and b) seek Members' approval by way of convening an Extra-ordinary General Meeting for the aforesaid proposal. | |
