Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2014, <br/>inter alia, to consider, take on record and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the equity shares.<br/><br/>In this connection, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window of the Company will be closed for trading in the Company's equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees from May 09, 2014 to May 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
