Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decision :<BR><BR>- The Board accepted the resignation letter received from Smt. Vijaylaxmi A Poddar intimating Company that she has resigned from Executive Directorship of the Company with effect from close of business hours on August 08, 2015. However she will continue as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
