This is reference to our letter dated 8th November, 2017, where the Board had recommended for issue of Bonus Shares to the members of the Company by capitalization of free reserves in the ratio of 1 (one) bonus equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up for every 1(one) existing equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up (i.e. in the ratio 1:1) subject to the approval of members of the Company through Postal ballot and e-voting.<BR> <BR> With respect to the above mentioned matter, we are enclosing herewith Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Form being sent to the Members for your perusal and records.<BR>
