Ballarpur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys Code on Insider Trading (the Code), the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2015 till August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of the said Board Meeting.
