Ballarpur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider & approve a binding offer received for divestment of its entire equity stake of 98.08% in its step down subsidiary Sabah Forest Industries Sdn, Bhd., Malaysia. This is a preliminary consideration as divestment of its entire equity stake is subject to regulatory approvals of the Government of Malaysia and satisfactory financing bankers due diligence of the prospective buyer.<BR><BR>Further, Company's Code on Insider Trading (''the Code'), the Trading Window shall remain closed from July 03, 2015 till July 12, 2015 [both days inclusive) on account of the Board Meeting scheduled on July 10, 2015.
