Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and designated officers and employees from dealing in the equity shares of the Company from October 28, 2014 to November 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2014.
