With reference to the earlier intimation regarding resignation of Shri Kishor Shah, as Director-cum-Chief Financial Officer, <BR>Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that in line with the succession policies of the Company, subject to statutory compliances, Shri Pramod Patwari, a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, who is presently GM (Finance & Accounts) and is associated with the Company for over 8 years, would be elevated as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>The said appointment would be considered at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
