Banas Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, has approved the followings:-<BR><BR>1. Re-appointment of M/s. Pravin Chandak & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Re-appointment of Mr. Girraj Kishor Agrawal, as a director who retires by rotation.<BR><BR>3. The board approved the regularization of Ms. Seema Sidhu as a director of the Company.<BR><BR>4. The board approved the regularization of Mr. Jatinkumar Agarrwal as a director of the Company.<BR><BR>5. Approved the related party transaction as per section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of the members at ensuring AGM.<BR><BR>6. Appointed M/s. A. M. Gohel & Co., Chartered Accountant as a Internal Auditor of the Company.
