Banco Products (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on November 01, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>- Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the 'Trading Window' for Directors and Insiders (as defined by SEBI Rules) is closed from October 16, 2014 upon intimation on October 16, 2014 to BSE and NSE for proposed Board Meeting for consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014. The trading window will be opened 24 hours after the announcement of aforesaid Financial Results.
