| In compliance of Clause 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform that the Government of India vide their notification dated 5th May 2017, in the exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3, Clause 6 and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, has appointed Shri Dinabandhu Mohapatra, as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer in our Bank (in place of Shri Melwyn O Rego), w.e.f. the date of his taking over charge of the post and till 30.06.2019 i.e. the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. | |
